March 14 is commonly known as National Steak and BJ day.
A fitting day to set this run.
It was mid afternoon Monday and these two half minds had never posted where the hash was to start. They have been hashing collectively for 84 years the two of them combined. Par for the course, as it was rumored the hares had spent the previous day scouting and drinking and one or both of their spouses warned us. These two were hungover from just scouting the trail the day before.
Crapulous and Lugubrious stumbled out of the bar and and headed straight up Mt. Tabor and Cougaroo led the rest of the pack 10 minutes later. The night teetered on the brink of disaster. It was a small crowd and that made the night kind of perfect. Just Zooey and Just Bruce led the masses up some crazy ivy mud slick trails. Hashers are like sheep some nights as we just take the hard road when we all knew where the trail was going.
The Mt. Tabor part of the trail was fun as hell. We all pushed each other up the hill and slid back down. Beer was consumed and we headed back to the Agenda for religion.

This place was fantastic. Cheap Microbrews, great pool table and we all participated in a large scale Jenga game. Hash God and Chester FusterCluck came out the winners. The Village idiot repeatedly tumbled the Jenga blocks. It was great to see him.
It was a small crowd on National Steak and BJ day. But it certainly was a fiesty one. Very nice trail and copius amounts of beer.
